Caso Construction successfully delivered an 11,000 sq. ft. expansion within an active facility, creating new storage space to accommodate advanced automation equipment. Executing the project in a fully operational environment required meticulous planning and coordination, including real-time air quality monitoring and strict noise control
measures while performing heavy piling and excavation work.
The scope of work included the installation of 100 screw piles, reinforced concrete pile caps, a composite deck system, and a structural steel frame. The newly constructed space was fully equipped with fireproofing and sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
A key component of the project involved close collaboration with European equipment suppliers, coordinating technical requirements and delivery timelines. To support early equipment installation, the project was strategically phased, allowing construction and installation activities to proceed concurrently.
